Activities
The event gathering IX Congresso Internacional de Protocolo and XV Congresso Nacional do Cerimonial Público will host the following activities:
Openning Ceremony - Cláudio Santoro Hall
Technical Consulting – Participants may submit for consulting so they will be able to clear doubts with specialists in 10 minutes long appointments. (Click here for specific rules and requirements)
Breakfast with specialist – Attendees may participate once registered. This activity consists in several breakfast tables where a specialist will give a 30-minute speech on a pre-determined subject. The following 20 minutes will be used for attendees questioning directly to the specialist. (Specific Rules).The activity is free of charge for the ones who are guests at the main hotel. The other will be charged the breakfast service only. (Click here for specific rules and requirements)
Communication Presentation – Ceremonialists may present their communications, once they are evaluated by a technical committee, during the congress. (specific rules and requirements. Registration is mandatory)
Cinemathèque is where several films concerning Ceremonial will be presented.
Conferences, Lectures and Debates by famous professionals sharing their experience with participants.
Ceremonial Talents – Leisure moment at the main hotel, where ceremonialists will have the opportunity of presenting their artistic skills. All participants may join the event. (Click here)
